"Book car online the day before travel and opt to pay by cash and confirmed. It was not until next morning that I received email to say that car will not be sent unless fare to be paid by card in advance, it was less than 45 min before the time booked, and no one answered phone when calling back. That’s not a good arrangement, rather you just say that you don’t accept booking to be paid by cash !
Also need to pay £2 more by debit card as agreed per confirmation the day on online booking."
