"In the end the ride was great, but there was definitely some unclarity on the confirmation which made me a bit insecure. After my first confirmation email I was told I would get a second mail and an sms (even paid extra for that) but those never came. I called the number in the first mail 24 hours before the ride and talked to the driver. Then an hour before my booking I had a missed call from a british number and called back - at that time it seemed unclear where my booking was. This was pretty unnerving considering I needed to get back from the middle of nowhere. But the driver was there, thank goodness, and brought me back to Leeds safely. So the ride was great, but the administration/confirmation was not good... "

"We paid for a vip MVP and received a Skoda car ! When I contacted the company the man said they had rented it out to someone else , I said I wasn’t happy with this and could I speak to a manager. I spoke to another person and they said it had broken down !! Funnily it hadn’t broken down as it came to pick us up later as agreed and driver said it hadn’t broken down but it was busy. I would like a refund of some of my money as the journey was only £20 in the Skoda as I asked and I paid £68. "

"Words cannot describe this experience but I'll try. Not only was my driver over 15 minutes late when I had pre booked, paid and my journey was to a train station but I had to end up walking the last few minutes. During this I had to sprint and ended up missing my train anyways and missed my flight home. I booked the taxi for 08:13am when my train was 08:45 to be safe but that didn't matter anyways. I then had to pay for a new train and flight. This is the most disgraceful taxi company I have ever used (especially while travelling) and will be warning everyone of this. I wish there -1 star rating for this terrible experience. "

"I was unfortunately affected by the severe delays on the trains this day. The moment I realised this I tried to call the service trying to cancel. I got no answer on several occasions with 'no operator is available' being automated. I was therefore unable to rearrange or delay or help the driver if they ever arrived or not. It was very frustrating."

"The service on the 18th August at Leeds airport was non-existent as the taxi was not there on our arrival. After making many 'phone calls to the two numbers you provided all we were told that you would ring back in two minutes with details but this never happened. After just over an hour of waiting in the cold we gave up and then got an airport taxi back to our house. I paid you £87 for a Meet and Greet service which never happened so I'm now asking for a £43.50 rebate for the journey that never happened plus a further £53.66 for the airport taxi.....a total of £97.16"

I called the number you gave me by text numerous times and only got a voice message saying the person was unavailable. Obviously I expect to receive a full refund. I think you should also pay me some money for the inconvenience. I had advised you the plane was running late. You state that the taxi driver keeps a note of the flight details - clearly this did not happen. In addition you say the driver comes to arrivals to meet and greet. I walked around for a considerable time with all my luggage to no avail. This has been a terrible experience, especially after a long delayed flight and arrival very early in the morning. On the return journey it seemed like the car hadn't actually been booked and it only was on it's way after being chased."

"The driver didn't know where the pick up point was even though the instructions were clear. I spoke to him twice to ensure he knew where we were and he still couldn't find us. The driver was erratic and was not confident driving at night. He had his full beams on at inappropriate points, was using the accelerator pedal full on then not at all. He turned off his sat nav when we got to Leeds and said he knew the way and we were going down some very dark streets that led to a closed road. Made us feel quite nervous. He wavered in and out of lane on the motorway and had really bad driving etiquette. He didn't know the size of his car and had to stop to let cars past when it was clear the road was wide enough for two vehicles. Not a good experience at all and we wondered if he was on some sort of substance."
